Pearl Magazine is a customised magazine by AEON Pearl Team. The editor for the magazine is Lum Yi Hwa, a member of the AEON Pearl Team. The owner and publisher of this magazine is AEON CO. (M) BHD. itself. This magazine is mainly based on lifestyle. Some of it include the latest fashion trends, food recipes, travel guides, life tips such as parenting, health, beauty, job advices,relationships and etc. Which is the main reason why most of the readers are housewives. There are a total of 23 AEON outlets in Malaysia, it is estimated each outlet will receive 500 copies per month. As this magazine is a complimentary magazine, the contents are mostly advertisments promoting their products and services.This magazine also encourage people to have a higher standard of living.This is proven by the content of the magazine where they promote high-end products such as SK-II, Shiseido, Fisher-price, Sembonia, Camel Active and etc.

INTRODUCTION TO F SQUARED MAGAZINE

Because food and fashion are one of the trendiest issues within the younger generation these days, it has inspired us to come up with the name F SQUARED. The initial 'F' from the magazine title represents initials of the words 'food' and 'fashion'. 'SQUARED' on the other hand represents how the initial 'F' multiply itself twice as the main focus of the F SQUARED magazine is to keep the readers update mainly with food and fashion. F SQUARED's main mission is to promote the latest yet affordable fashion trends of the season, sharing various types of creative and fun food recipes, as well as introducing the specialty food of our country. company specialises in fashion trends that are suitable for mostly Asian women. Our main target audience will of course be to the youth as youths are continuously keeping up with the latest trend. By that, we plan to use mainstream celebrities as our magazine advertisers to attract the attention of the youth readers. Besides publishing magazines we also plan to introduce the e-magazine. In this era of globalisation, the internet has become one of the dominant tool for regular people. By introducing e-magazine, not only it can gain more attention, it can as well cut down the cost of publishing. In fact, less trees are required to be cut down. Our revenue comes from subcribers as well as advertisers' company. We look for clients from food & fashion industries to promote about their specialty. Our magazine collects and contains the most interesting and useful articles, news as well as graphics from different platforms. It actually saves the readers’ time, they do not have to browse information they need from different platforms. The key topics/issues our magazine company choose to focus on are mainly about fashion issues, food recipes, friendship advices and family advices. But we strongly emphasize on fashion and food. Firstly, fashion has slowly become one of the hottest concern among the youth these days. To attract readers' attention, we will put in photoshoots of exclusive models wearing the latest fashion trends. As youth these days as getting more into photography as well, thanks to social medias like Facebook and Instagram, adding in eye-catching photoshoots into the magazine will not only benefit the youth in keeping up with the latest fashion trends, it will as well give these youth some photography inspirations. Other than that, we believe that food has always been the hottest issues not only within the youth but also within the society. Therefore, we are going to share simple and fun recipes to the readers as well as introduce good places for food hunting. As todays living costs rise, our key topics focus on a range of practical money-saving tips and useful informations on getting the best deals in town. This will further satiesfy both the affordability and satisfaction of the youth. Furthermore, there will also be numerous special columns in the magazine providing tips on health. These tips will be 100% based on the nutritionists' studies.
